GoldenPay

After 2 years of technical work and receiving certain licenses from international payment systems such as Visa and MasterCard, GoldenPay was launched on December 2nd, 2008. Since then GoldenPay has connected hundreds of merchants in Azerbaijan and clears millions of AZN and transactions monthly. GoldenPay also offers services from several acquiring banks in Azerbaijan. GoldenPay's mission is to change the way people transact so that it saves their time. For that, in April 2011, GoldenPay launched the online services portal, hesab.az. Today at hesab.az, users can pay their utility, mobile, internet and other bills, buy movie theater tickets as well as insurance. In the near future, users will be able to purchase their flights, buy and sell with each other, make money transfers, and many more new transactions. In 14th of March 2014, GoldenPay for organizing mass sale of it's shares changed company's legal form from closed joint-stock company to open joint stock company
