Golden Pond is locally and independently owned. We are proud to be the first and only full-service retirement and assisted living community in Golden, Colorado. Many of our residents come from Golden and the neighboring communities such as Arvada, Lakewood and Evergreen. We are committed to providing housing, personal care, and other comprehensive senior services that suit the needs of each of our residents and their families. Our beautifully landscaped 7-acre site is conveniently located near downtown Golden on Highway 93. Residents enjoy being close to shopping, medical services, churches, and just minutes away from Denver and neighboring foothill communities.
