GoMaterials offers a service that connects an end user ("End User") who wants to purchase goods/services to a person or a group of people who wants to supply said goods/services ("Supplier") ("Services"). GoMaterials, the End User and the Supplier are collectively referred as the parties ("Parties") herein. GoMaterials acts as a networking platform connecting End Users and Suppliers.
