Gomoa Community Bank

The people of Gomoa are purely farmers and fishermen. The Gomoa people occupied three District namely Gomoa West , Gomoa East and Gomoa Central. With their Headquarters in Apam, Afransi and Potsin Respectively. The paramountcy are grouped into two which includes Gomoa Ajumako Traditional Area and Gomoa Assin Traditional Area. The Rural and community banks are incorporated under the companies code 1963 act 179 and licensed by the Bank of Ghana under the Banking law 1989 provide financial services and regulated by ARB Apex and Bank of Ghana. Gomoa Community bank is Registered under the companies code 1963 with three Rural Banks within Gomoa West District in the central Region of Ghana. The Bank Recieved its banking license from BoG on 11 April 2014 to operate as a community bank. However it started operating as a merged bank from January 2013 with the consent of the BoG. To make our presence felt in all significant areas of the central Region , with very reliable efficient , customer friendly services and to enable value for all stake holders. To become the bank of choice in the central Region of Ghana and one of the best in the country.
