Good Harbor Partners Acquisition

Good Harbor Partners Acquisition

Good Harbor Partners Acquisition Corp. [GHPAC] was originally founded as a SPAC, (Special Purpose Acquisition Corp.) raising it's initial financing on 3/15/06. In Fall of 2007, we announced two acquisitions only later [11/15/7] to resend those when we encountered due diligence issues that would make the proposed acquisitions less attractive for our investors. Because of the shrinking time window to gain approval of a target acquisition by the SEC, we determined there was insufficient time to propose alternate candidates. On 1/31/08 we held a proxy vote of our shareholders which included the approval of the early return of the trust by the A & B Shareholders and authorization to continue as a shell company by our B shareholders. Good Harbor Partners has transitioned into a shell structure. It trades on OTC.BB under the symbol GHBAA. The company has no operating history other than as a SPAC investment vehicle. The company is fully compliant in all of its required SEC filings. The mission of the company is to identify and merge with an operating company in security, technology, or other special situations including foreign-based companies in high growth markets, that will provide a good investment opportunity for our investors. The company's auditors are BDO Seidman LLP, our law firm is Feldman Weinstein & Smith LLP, and our investment bankers are HCFP/Brenner Securities LLC.
