Good Shepherd Church

The Rev. George Master has been at Good Shepherd Church since October 2019. Before graduating from Yale Divinity School and becoming ordained as an Episcopal priest, Fr. George served in the Navy; earned a Bachelors degree in Environmental Design from the University of Massachusetts; and had a career in real estate. He retired from full-time parish ministry in early 2019, after serving for 31 years in parishes in New Jersey and southeastern Pennsylvania. Serving Good Shepherd on a half-time basis allows him to continue his ministries as a Police Chaplain with the Philadelphia Police Departments 12th district and as a Volunteer Chaplain at the Phoenix State (formerly Graterford State) Correctional Institution.
