Girls on the Run of Maricopa & Pinal Counties

Girls on the Run of Maricopa County is an organization that is dedicated to the community prevention of risk behaviors of teenage girls by providing life-changing educational/running programs to pre-teen girls. We envision our organization being recognized as a successful approach to reducing the high incidences of pregnancy, obesity, drug use and school drop outs of teenage girls as well as being instrumental in fostering the growth of healthy, confident women throughout the state of Arizona. We aim to promote an environment that allows girls and women to reach their full potential and aim to transform the way girls and women perceive themselves and their place in society.
