Waibel Energy Systems

Waibel Energy Systems was first established in 1965 as Dayton Trane. Dave Waibel purchased the franchise in 1989 after working for several years as a Trane Sales engineer first in Pennsylvania and then in Toledo, Ohio. In 1995, due to steady growth in business, the company moved to a new building in Vandalia, Ohio where it remains headquartered today. The company has continued to grow and thrive and currently employs over 90 associates. Although the company's name officially became Waibel Energy Systems in 1989 when Dave purchased the franchise, the company continued to operate as Dayton Trane. In 2007 the company was re-branded as Waibel Energy Systems. The decision to operate as Waibel Energy Systems stemmed from the fact that the name Dayton Trane no longer reflected the numerous products and services that the company was able to provide to its customers. Waibel Energy Systems is proud to have provided over 40 years of superior building solutions to the businesses of the Miami Valley.
