Currently, we are searching for a terrific Senior Account Manager to join our team. Here at GB, a senior account manager isa brand leader. They are a guide to clients, a rudder to their brand and a catalyst for creativity and collaboration for their team. We want someone who values the role of account direction in the creative work, and someone with the wisdom and experience in business to ensure our work ties to true and meaningful outcomes for our clients. Functionally, they drive strategic planning, and as such have to possess a strong understanding of marketing, brand, advertising, and PR strategies to support client goals. We specifically look for individuals who have deep experience with accounts that have had significant media programs, and experience partnering with media teams to execute advertising and lead gen programs in print, digital and broadcast media channels. Generally, our senior account managers ensure that all agency efforts are coordinated on behalf of clients' business initiatives and ensures that the work we do aligns to business outcomes for the clients. They engage in regular conversations with clients to understand shifting marketing needs, and work with their team and senior leadership when they identify new opportunities to support clients' brands. New business is also part of their responsibilities, specifically leading teams in creating pitches, RFP responses and strategy recommendations for new prospects. On a day-to-day basis, they are expected to ensure that work is being done on time and on budget for clients. But they must be able to do so by fostering a strong collaborative partnership with our creative and production teams within GB, because our account managers are responsible for inspiring insights and ideas to contribute to the creative work. The senior account manager leads multiple client brands, and typically they work fairly independently, although they will have the support of an account director on both client and team activity.
