GreenHills Ventures, LLC., is a private investment holding company established in 2001 for the purpose of investing in early stage companies. GreenHills Ventures manages all the investment activities for GHV Fund I and GHV Fund II. GHV Fund II invests in early stage healthcare technology, medical devices, mobile, wireless, and cloud software companies in the $1 - $5 million range. In 2002, GreenHills Ventures launched GHV Wealth Management Holding, focused on alternative investments specific to the long term needs and requirement of our private client members.
