Founded in 2008 by Michael and Sebastian Madej, Greenridge Farm remains a family-owned company that brings authentic European flavor and quality to Chicagoland by crafting artisanal deli meats, sausages, cheeses and condiments using proprietary spice blends and brines. Greenridge Farm meats are made in small batches and delivered daily to ensure each bite is a fresh, flavorful, butcher-quality experience. From slowly marinating and naturally smoking, to trimming all meat by hand, Greenridge Farm butchers take their time hand-crafting each product.
