Gridlex is founded by Nikhilesh Rao: Nikhilesh was previously with the management consulting groups of Booz Allen Hamilton (Booz & Company) & Ernst Young (EY) in New York. He consulted for Private Equity, Financial Services, Media, Telecom & Healthcare clients on a range of issues including Strategy, Pricing, M&A due diligence, Organizational restructuring, Operations & Technology. Before Booz & EY, Nikhilesh worked in a product management role for a software start up in India focusing on US and Asia based internet, new media and mobile telephony clients. He attended NYU's Stern School of Business and graduated with an MBA from Melbourne Business School.
