Griffiths + Associates was hence created via the synergy of father and son, James and Peter Griffiths, who decided to create a legal entity which would form the basis of the successful practice growing from strength to strength over the years. As from 1st January 2013, the audit-side of business is being operated via the limited liability company Griffiths + Associates Ltd whilst the acting of Corporate Service Provider and accounting/tax advisory services are being carried out via the limited liability company Griffiths + Associates Advisory Ltd. Today Griffiths + Associates boasts diverse local and international clients, and a solid business reputation in the accounting and auditing field which has been developing and growing over the past years. The firm is a member of PrimeGlobal, a worldwide association of independent accounting firms and business advisers.
