Founded in 1992 by construction veterans Greg Grinder and Henry Haizlip, Grinder Haizlip Construction Company provides general construction services to the commercial, industrial and manufacturing industries in the Memphis regional area including North Mississippi, West Memphis, Arkansas and Jackson, Tennessee. As the company has grown, three longtime employees have become partners and taken ownership roles in the company: Brad Burford, Chris McDermott and Robert Nelson, all vice presidents. Grinder Haizlip's philosophy is simple: Do quality work (which means doing the right things) on time and within a client's budget. The firm owners believe in building projects for clients for the long run, earning trust and developing relationships that can endure multiple projects.
