We support the local development, prioritizing the creation of activity on the territory and the appeal to the competence of nearness: by entrusting the works of construction to regional companies, and by creating permanent employments on the bases of maintenance.. Every project is defined according to the local characteristics to optimize its performances. Distribution of the wealth (taxes…) Social dimension:: We dedicate systematically a part of the investment in the elaboration of a project of support, in association with the community. We favor the sensitization, by organizing regularly visits of our sites, notably with the neighboring schools We support local associations, by entrusting them the works of current maintenance We support the local pastoral activity: when it is possible, we entrust the maintenance of grounds to herdsmen, who come to make it graze their sheep or ewe several times per year. We grant a particular importance for the educational dimension of the projects, through panels, paths discoveries … Environnemental dimension: Every project is conceived in the respect of the territory: local residents, history and culture, relief, natural environment Every building site is subjected to our Charter " Green Construction sites ", signed by all the speakers Every construction site is overseen by the environmental engineer, who makes sure of the respect of the Charter, the limitation of the nuisances and the restoration of the site after the works.
