The Garcia Companies

The Garcia Companies, also known as The ESG Companies, was founded by the late Edward S. Garcia in 1950 and has been an integral part of Virginia Beach's growth for decades. Projects include the first convention hotel, Ocean Breeze water park, Motorworld, a multitude of commercial properties, and over 20,000 residential homes - from high rise to single family - where citizens work, play and call home.
