HERA SpA is an Italian company engaged in the energy, water and environmental sectors. The company's core activity in the energy sector is distribution and sale of methane gas. Its other activities in this sector are energy savings, district heating and innovative solutions. In the environmental sector the company provides waste collection and disposal, city cleaning, thermal waste treatment and composting. In the water sector HERA manages entire cycle from collection, through purification and returning water to the environment. The company operates in the provinces of Bologna, Rimini, Ravenna, Forli, Cesena, Ferrara, Modena and in the part of the Marche region.
