Carey started out as a designer; Sue as a writer. Over the past 25 years, we've gained experience in customer research, creative communications, brand strategy, marketing and advertising. Combining these core complementary skills, we've built a dedicated team of experts in our many disciplines, offering you a unique, all-encompassing perspective on your brand. This company started in 2001 as Up Inc, a brand-design company. We rebranded in 2013 as Goods & Services. Because Goods & Services is independently owned, you'll enjoy the nimble, hands-on approach of a free-thinking boutique. Our leaders are practitioners who understand your marketing challenges they're also business owners who understand your day-to-day operational challenges.
