Sorbet is always 100% fat free, allergen free and gluten free. G.S. Gelato produces gelato and sorbet for retail, foodservice and private label, and currently has over 100 flavors in their flavor portfolio. Most recently, the company has created Yogurtiamo, a full line of liquid frozen yogurt, made using pure, fresh ingredients.
