George Town Crafts ("GTC") was established in 2001 as a craft engraving workshop with the objective of providing a high quality custom engraving service for personal and corporate gifts, awards and trophies. This included engraving and colour detailing on commemorative ceramic tiles and plates and glass stemware for weddings, anniversaries, retirements, birthdays and in honour of VIP visitors. GTC was the first to offer its customers in the Cayman Islands engraving and gold colour fill on wine bottles, now a very popular request. GTC, as a part-time business became the back-workshop for several engraving service outlets and demonstrated both quality and reliable craftsmanship. Our experience over the years has placed us in an advantageous position leading to the development of in-house techniques to cover the various types of media requested. Following Hurricane Ivan in 2004, GTC moved to a new location with plans to expand the service, not only to select individuals and service outlets, but to the community generally. This brings us to the present day George Town Crafts Ltd. which, not only continues to provide outstanding customer satisfaction to many of these outlets, but now offers a small retail store where customers may choose from a variety of personalizable products. Our service now includes 2D and 3D sub-surface engraving and photo imaging in fine crystal and top quality glass.
