In order to meet the needs of our diverse clients, we custom design a security plan for each location and encourage open communication between our clients and management team. Our security team consists of trustworthy, responsible guards who are all licensed by the California Bureau of Security and Investigative Services (BSIS). In order to be hired, every one of them had to pass a very selective hiring process that includes a series of interviews with our management team, a thorough background check, personal reference checks, and drug testing. In addition to administering a very selective hiring process, we have them complete a rigorous training course that is designed to ensure that they are fully prepared to handle any security assignment.
