We also make rich dairy cream and four delicious flavours of Guernsey ice-cream. Our mission: To provide milk and milk products to the Island, working with the farmers to protect the island's environment and biodiversity. Our St Andrew's Guernsey Dairy was built in the heart of the island in 1951. It is owned and operated by the States of Guernsey and The States' Trading Supervisory Board has political responsibility.
