Gulf Glass

The upcoming edition of Gulf Glass will take place in 2021. Gulf Glass is the largest Flat & Container Glass event in the Middle East. The trade fair is an unmissable one stop shop for all things glass: it hosts 170+ suppliers of finished products, glass production technology and machinery, glass processing & finishing solutions, measurement, testing & control technology, tools, replacements and spare parts, as well as auxiliary equipment and fitting. Beyond discovering the latest glass solutions and technologies for the Middle East market, visitors can gain competitive advantage and a wealth of knowledge by attending the wide CPD-certified educational sessions offered for free at the event. These focus on challenges in selecting the right glass solutions, managing the aesthetic of glass architecture, latest trends in the use of BIPV glass, energy saving solutions for the glass industry, and advances in smart glass and smart tinting technologies. Gulf Glass 2019 hosted the first GlassSMASH Challenge powered by Vetrotech Saint-Gobain. Here, visitors competed with other teams to test the strength of the VETROGARD, an attack-resistant high-security glass, by attempting to break through it. Organised every two years by dmg events, Gulf Glass is co-located with the Windows, Doors and Facades Event, bringing even more decision makers from the glass community together under one roof.
