Houston Apartment Association

The Houston Apartment Association serves individuals and businesses involved in the multifamily rental housing industry in the Houston region by providing education resources, legislative and regulatory advocacy, and innovative services to help improve the business environment for rental housing owners and operators. The largest and most progressive apartment association in the U.S., HAA represents the interests of more than 1,600 member companies. Members include apartment owners, developers, and management companies as well as product and service businesses that support the industry. HAA members own and operate 2,300 apartment communities with more than 444,000 units, or more than 90 percent of Houston area apartments.
