Hallsenna Associates Limited (HAL) is a British company with interests in Europe and Africa. The company is primarily involved within the construction industry providing delivery related professional services. Within Europe, our interests are in construction professional services and property development within the UK, Ireland and France. In Africa, we have invested in the agricultural and logistics markets. Recently, we have started a new business line operating from Northern Ireland providing bespoke restoration services. HAL are able to provide experienced legal, commercial, construction delivery and supervisory staff within the UK and internationally to meet both interim solution requirements and longer term contracts.
