HALO is a provider of Home and Community Based Services, which encourages others to reach their potential. We offer a variety of wrap around support services in multiple community settings, in order to increase the abilities, resources and opportunities of an individual. We serve individuals with complex behavioral health and social needs, as well as those with physical and cognitive challenges using strengths based approach. At HALO, we strive to enhance the overall quality of life for those who face unique challenges in their daily life.
