H & G specializes in commercial and industrial installations. We are qualified to handle a variety of design build mechanical/electrical contracts. Approximately two-thirds of H & G's volume is negotiated contracts with an accelerated schedule. Over the past five years, we have averaged approximately 90 employees. Our experience in various types of construction such as data and communication centers, office building, hotels, churches, historical renovations, industrial and high-tech installations, i.e. scientific laboratories, clean rooms, flight simulators and radar installations, provides our customers with the comfort of knowing our ability to perform with excellence in a timely manner. The right project team is always critical to a project's success. H & G functions as a primary team member in design/build/construct projects with the owner, consultants and other contractors. The needs of a project and its fast-track schedule demand a group of professionals who not only bring their expertise to the project, but also mesh their skills with those of other team members to form one, cohesive working unit from preconstruction development to commissioning of a facility. Often, whenever a project is primarily MEP, H & G performs as a prime contractor providing turn key construction services. The combination of the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing provides the customer assurance of a coordinated project from design to construction to functional and reliable operation. This has also enabled H & G to be able to complete high profiles projects with compressed schedules on time. Our in-house service department is staffed with qualified technicians and provides emergency service as well as routine maintenance, electronic monitoring and building/energy management and service contracts.
