We also provide hands-on, personalized training that is tailored to our program members' individual skills, whether their proficiency lies in customer service, web design, content writing, or a plethora of other industries and professions. From resume building to crafting online profiles on job sites, we help members put their most professional face forward and present themselves to their best advantage. Our goal is to work with program members until they get their first job, making sure they are well informed and well protected as they enter the virtual workforce. When members sign up for one of our workshop programs, they also gain access to our exclusive membership site, where they can take online classes in areas where they need more intensive training; view exclusive resources like our extensive Knowledge Base articles and helpful how-to videos; and access Live Support, where a Hands Working Virtually team member will answer their questions and guide them on their next steps.
