Hangar

Hangar, which builds and launches companies working with government, raised a $15 million fund. Limited partners include the Kresge Foundation endowment and Michael Bloomberg. Since 2018, Hangar has launched four companies, including government data and analytics provider Camber, disaster planning and response services provider Cornea, higher education financing platform Outcome, and community health worker technology startup Roster. The firm has offices in New York and Washington, D.C.
