Hanover Engineering

Hanover Construction Company Limited (HCC) was established on May 26, 1996, with its primary areas of activity being housing construction, land development and infrastructure construction. Together with our associate companies Trinidad Engineering & Research (1978) Limited (TER) and Hanover Engineering Limited, we have over the years, extended our resource capabilities and scope of services to include: Civil Engineering Soil and Geotechnical Surveys Project Management QA/QC Testing and Inspections Housing Construction Land Development Infrastructure Design and Construction Joint Venture Arrangements In 1997 and subsequently in 2002 HCC entered into a joint venture arrangement with the Trinidad and Tobago Housing Development Corporation (HDC), formerly the National Housing Authority, to design, finance and construct Phases 4-6 of the Couva North Housing Project also known as Roystonia. Under this arrangement, we have to date, developed over 170Ha of land, and constructed and delivered in excess of 1,000 high quality and affordable homes. The final phase of single family units is currently under construction.
