Founded in Kelowna B.C. by a student-professor team from UBC, Happipad is a Canadian leader in developing modern home sharing solutions and technologies. What do we do? We make it safe and simple to find a compatible person to live with through home sharing. We are actively involved in the research, development, and implementation of home sharing programs in Canada to address issued of housing affordability and availability. We partner with community organizations and senior societies to deliver sustainable home sharing opportunities for people of all generations. Why do we do it? We are inspired by the magical effect that shared living can have on people. When people share a home, they become more empathetic, they help each other, and they connect. When done right, we believe that shared living can address housing affordability issues and make our communities healthier and more inclusive.
