Hardsoft were established in 1984 and are proud that more than half of all our business is from our existing customers. Hardsoft are a company that is large enough to cope but small enough to care. Personal service is the key. We do not use Voice Mail - you will always find somebody to help. Our Technical help line does not operate from India on an expensive call cost - we will telephone you back if we are busy. We won't hide behind terms and conditions - we employ real people and give real honest answers even if sometimes they are not what you want to hear.
