Harmony Living Centers
Harmony Living Centers, Inc. was founded in 1990 as a private provider of residential and habilitation services for individuals with developmental disabilities. A family run company, it serves northeastern and central Texas, operating 11 ICF/ID group homes. Harmony is dedicated to providing a variety of services, activities, and care for over 60 residents in these facilities. H. W. "Buddy" Pecot, CPA has served Harmony Living Centers since its inception. "We strive to provide only the highest levels of service for both our residents and employees," he says. "Our staff, most of which are long-term members of the Harmony team, provide stability and comfort for the residents of our homes." Randall McElroy, vice president of Harmony Living Centers, serves as Area Administrator for the Corsicana facilities. "Each of our supervisory employees has achieved a strong record over the course of a minimum of seven years," he adds. "We are proud of this consistency and quality." Caren Qualls, QIDP, acts as Director of ICF/ID Services for Harmony. Ms. Qualls previously served as President of the Southwest Society of Service Coordinators.
