Harold James, Inc. is a woman-owned business providing mechanical services primarily to commercial, industrial and residential clients. We have the personnel to provide installation for your home or building. Harold James Inc. pays attention to detail at the time of bidding the project, during construction, until completion of the project. We strive to give each client fast, courteous service keeping each project within budget and on-time with due diligence. Harold James Inc. works closely with building owners and managers, as well as in a subcontract capacity with general and other subcontractors. All employees are thoroughly trained to provide you with quality service and complete installation and service for your building or home. Every employee adheres to company guidelines and OSHA guidelines to ensure safety not only for themselves but those around them. The company has been family owned since 1961 which provides continuity of our services. Our staff is willing to answer any questions you may have. Our office hours are 8:00 to 4:30 Monday thru Friday. The phone is answered 24/7 should a problem arise outside our regular daily hours. A Little History …...From the beginning in 1961 .. The company was founded by Harold James. Mr. James was a veteran of the U.S. Navy. His accomplishments were numerous. He was a member of Local Union 146 Plumbers and Steam Fitters for 53 years. He served on the training committee for the union from 1988 to 2000. Mr. James was president of ASHRAE and a member of the Mechanical Contractors Association for 25 years. He was also a member of the Refrigeration Engineers Society for 40 years. His vast knowledge and experience is what contributed to the success of the company. Mr. James passed away in 2004. His son, David and his wife, Mary are now the owners of the company.
