Hartmann Electric

Hartmann Electric Company, Inc. was established January 1, 1990. Many of our core office managerial personnel and field supervisory personnel worked together as a team at one previous employer, many dating back into the 1970's. In 1990, our first year of business, we completed in excess of $2 million dollars worth of electrical installations. Hartmann Electric grew rapidly, and by the end of 1994 (our 5th year in business) we had installed in excess of $10 million dollars/year worth of electrical work. Over the next four years, Hartmann Electric continued to grow, completing $14.5 million dollars of electrical work in 1998. Since 1998, Hartmann Electric has averaged between $15.0 and $23.0 million dollars of electrical work installed each year. Much of Hartmann Electric's initial focus was on the Airlines and the industries that supported the airlines, particularly at O'Hare International Airport. Although much of our focus remains on the airlines and the airline support industries, we continue to diversify and expand both our customer base and the types of electrical installations and systems we install. Since our start, Hartmann Electric has worked on and specialized in many various voice/data and fiber optic communication cabling projects, systems installations, and advanced technology and building automation projects. In 2000, in order to meet the challenge of the new century with its customers, and to capture a larger share of low voltage work outside of its traditional customer base, Hartmann Technology Group, a Division of Hartmann Electric, was established. The Company's high tech electrical, data, fiber, and telecommunications integration capability position it to be the continuing full service solution for its customers. Due to emerging technology in data and telecommunications, upgrades and expansions will continue. Hartmann Electric Company, Inc. continues to build and improve upon its capabilities as a specialty, design/build, electrical, telecommunications and data service company that installs, integrates, updates, and maintains highly complex technical systems for industrial, transportation, manufacturing, utilities, institutional, and service companies. As the total, on-call solution for its clients, Hartmann Electric Company will continue to grow with its customers, remaining the highest level technical and quality provider, growing with the technology to provide state-of-the-art solutions as they evolve.
