HAS Electrical Ltd., are a building services contractor based in Southampton carrying out work through the South of England and London. HAS Electrical are able to undertake traditional type of contracts and design & build projects covering all elements of mechanical and electrical works associated with single dwelling and multiple occupancy buildings. We are complaint with and familiar with all current Buildings Regulations, In relation to electrical safety and energy efficiency, smoke evacuation systems, The Water Supply (water fittings) regulations 1999 and Mechanical Ventilation compliant with Building Regulations Part F. HAS Electrical have successfully traded in the Southampton area for 10 years progress in to an operation with a turnover of £1.1 million per annum. Within this time HAS Electrical have been able to recruit and retain the expertise and resources necessary to operate a quality business offering competitively priced tenders complimented by a first class contracting operation. All our site supervisors are SSSTS certified and trained in First Aid at work. We pride ourselves in working with our clients to ensure projects are completed on time and to cost. We also endeavour to ensure that any difficulties encountered whilst works are in progress are addressed and overcome in a proactive non obstructive manner.
