Hattiloo Theater

Hattiloo Theatre is a not-for-profit corporation, designated by the Internal Revenue Service as a 501(c)3 organization and is tax-exempt in the state of Tennessee. Public and private contributions, and earned revenue support operations, productions, our cultural outreach programs, and varied services that are presented throughout the year. Donations to Hattiloo Theatre are tax-deductible. Hattiloo operates on a fiscal calendar, starting each year July 1 and ending June 30. Hattiloo receives an annual audit and remains current in all of its IRS and State of Tennessee reporting.
