Hawaii Affordable Properties, Inc. (HAPI) manages 2,962 residential apartments in 33 projects on Oahu, Kauai, Maui and the Big Island of Hawaii. We also manage 94,000 square feet of retail, office, and industrial space located at Kamakee Vista, Kauhale Kakaako, and Pohulani on the Island of Oahu. Our 130+ dedicated staff professionals are responsible for the maintenance and care of projects, which are valued at over $400 million. HAPI has been entrusted by the owners to create a safe and clean living environment for a tenant population of about 12,000 people.
