Hawaiian Electric Company

Hawaiian Electric and its subsidiaries, Maui Electric and Hawaii Electric Light, serve 95 percent of Hawaii's residents on the islands of Oahu, Maui, Hawaii Island, Lanai, and Molokai. Hawaiian Electric Company, Ltd. was incorporated on Oct. 13, 1891 and is headquartered in Honolulu.
