Hawk Developments has become a rapidly expanding force in the construction sector, by providing a wide range of services for commercial clients, domestic clients and housing associations. Because of our high standards, professional service and personal involvement we maintain excellent relationships with our clients, who return to us time and time again. From humble beginnings in 1997, Hawk Developments has quickly become a reputable multi award winning company with vast experience in small & large developments. We pride ourselves on quality workmanship and reflect this in every project we undertake. We employ teams of skilled trade's people under our direct control, who are vetted for quality and expertise, and understand our expectations and those of our clients. We have an enviable reputation for producing quality workmanship and have recently been awarded an LABC Building Excellence Award for Best New Housing (Medium/Large Developments) in recognition of high standards of construction and workmanship at our Manor Farm Development in Childs Ercall. We have created eight affordable houses on this site along with 13 New Build Detached Dwellings and Four Barn Conversions. More recently Hawk Developments have completed a project for 50 afforable new build properties at Limekiln Lane in Wellington, where our Site Manager reached the final stages of the 2015 National Site Manager of the Year award, which recognises and rewards site managers working with LABC who achieve excellence in construction, and in doing so, demonstrate exceptional site management and workmanship.
