Hawthorn Law was founded by James Hart, a lawyer, entrepreneur and podcaster. Since 2005, James has owned and operated several online businesses, in addition to a thriving law practice. Recently, he has decided to refocus his efforts towards working with clients he loves the most: online entrepreneurs. Our innovative approach to providing value based legal services (i.e. no more billable hours) will allow us to build lifelong relationships with our clients, and provide legal services tailored to their needs depending on their stage of growth.
