Our social media strategy for SKF focuses on YouTube® and Twitter®, and considering that the B2B target audience is repair technicians and automotive parts counter personnel, the level of engagement for this campaign is doing quite well. With currently over 60,000 views, the SKF Parts Info™ YouTube channel provides installation and technical tip videos from ASE master-certified technicians, as well as videos on SKF's latest automotive products. One video on wheel sensor diagnostics, for example, produced over 18,000 views. The SKF Twitter page - aimed at the same audience - gained over 200 followers in six months.
