Since 1948, Honeycomb Company of America, Inc. (HCOA) has been in business manufacturing quality aerostructures. Now in our 68th year, we are recognized as a leader in the manufacture of bonded metal-to-metal, metal-to-honeycomb, and honeycomb to epoxy-composite assemblies for military fixed-wing and rotary-wing aircraft. HCOA is registered in SAM as a small business. Our primary business is the production of replacement parts for six (6) fixed-wing aircraft to include the KC-135 Stratotanker, E-3 Sentry, B-52 Stratofortress, C-130 Hercules, C-5 Galaxy and the F-4 Phantom. Honeycomb's expertise is in the production of flaps, leading and trailing edges, rudders, stabilizers, ailerons, control surfaces, metal-to-metal bonded fuselage sections, skins, wing tips, strut doors, main landing gear doors, floor boards, and other aerostructure assemblies. From raw material to the finished product, HCOA has the capabilities and skilled workforce to produce the finest quality aerospace structures available for today's aircraft parts market. Honeycomb Company of America, Inc. is ITAR registered, certified to AS9100:2009, Rev. C and ISO 9001:2008 standards. HCOA contracted with NSF-International Strategic Registrations (NSF-ISR), listed on the Oasis Database. HCOA is accredited in accordance with SAE Aerospace Standard AS7003, for NADCAP NonDestructive Testing, Chemical Processing, Heat Treating and Composites.
