Health Systems Management, Inc.(HSM) is a full service healthcare management organization located in Tifton, Georgia that was founded by C. Alex Kemp in 1983. HSM has provided a full range of development, management, and administrative services for dialysis facilities over the past 28 years in Georgia, South Carolina, and North Carolina. HSM has an outstanding reputation in the renal community for providing high quality patient care and encouraging physician input while maintaining efficient business operations. Over the years, the managers, physicians, and employees of our dialysis operations have consistently served on regional and national committees, boards and professional organizations to address and enhance the research, reporting and regulatory issues associated with the care and management of ESRD patients. HSM has tenure in facility management, proven patient outcomes, success with clinic/physician research projects, and positive physician and administrative relationships. HSM also has worked extensively with academic researchers to further the delivery of dialytic therapy, and has developed and opened an academically owned Vascular Access Center. With our vast management expertise, we can customize our services to fit your company's objectives for the present and future. Currently, HSM is managing the outpatient dialysis facilities owned by Wake Forest Baptist Healthin Winston-Salem, North Carolina and the outpatient dialysis facilities owned by Emory Healthcare in Atlanta, Georgia. These services are provided through a "turnkey management" agreement that allows the client to have ownership while eliminating the concerns of day to day management. In turn, this arrangement enables our clients to have a peace of mind that only effective management can offer.
