Heartland Asphalt, Inc. is a Full Service Asphalt Construction Company which is locally owned and operated in Mason City, Iowa. Heartland Asphalt serves a 18 County Area in North Central Iowa building quality hot mix asphalt for state, county, municipal, commercial, and private customers. Our capabilities include design layout, excavation, base preparation, construction of new pavements, as well as rehabilitation and maintenance of existing pavements. Heartland Asphalt, Inc. was founded in 1990 and currently employs 70 people. Heartland Asphalt, Inc. has won numerous APAI Quality Smoothness Awards and Environmental Awards.
