Our projects have included federal, state, and municipal projects along with a heavy focus on private commercial projects. In 2018, HCI merged with Blueridge General, Inc. of Norfolk. Blueridge, a commercial contractor since 1982, brought a strong public-sector resume to the team to include the successful completion of more than 60 educational facilities and numerous major federal-sector projects.
