The Helm Group is the parent corporation for a family of privately owned companies organized to deliver a full range of construction-related services in select U.S. markets. Operating subsidiaries are Civil Constructors, Mechanical Inc, Conmat, Industrial Solutions, and Heavy Equipment Services. Primary markets served are the Midwestern United States with select projects throughout the US. Corporate offices are located in Freeport, Illinois.
