Hephzibah Children's Association

Hephzibah Children's Association was founded in 1897 with a mission to help children thrive and families flourish through innovative community-based programs. Today Hephzibah serves more than 1,000 children each year through our children's group home, foster care program, family intervention services, preschool program, after school day care and summer camp programs.
