H.G. Fenton owns and manages 14 residential communities throughout San Diego County with three more communities in development. Its recent projects include the award-winning URBANA in the East Village, Solterra in Scripps Ranch and Aquatera in Mission Valley. In Little Italy, it is currently building two rental communities, Vici and Amo, comprising 125 apartment homes with approximately 16,000 square feet of restaurant/retail space on the ground floors. H.G. Fenton has partnered with the Little Italy Association to bring a European-style pedestrian plaza to life along Date Street between India and Columbia streets. This new community gathering space will be known as Piazza della Famiglia. On El Cajon Boulevard in North Park, H.G. Fenton is building The BLVD, a mixed-use development comprising 165 apartment homes above approximately 4,000 square feet of ground floor restaurant/retail space.
