Hiap Seng Engineering

Hiap Seng Engineering (Thailand) Co., Ltd. is a registered limited company in Thailand whose majority shareholding is held by Hiap Seng Engineering, a public listed company whose shares are traded on the main board of the Singapore stock exchange. In 2003 Nasco-Hiap Seng was established when Hiap Seng Engineering purchased a minority shareholding in Nasco Engineering and Construction Co., Ltd. located in Ao-Udom, Chonburi. In 2009 the company moved to a new purpose-built facility at Bueng. In 2012 Hiap Seng became the majority shareholder increasing its holding to 85% of the company. This coincided with the certification of the company with BOI status from the Thailand Board of Investment. In December 2014 the company became Hiap Seng Engineering (Thailand) Co., Ltd.
